We had 7 grands with us so took 1 day away from the cabin and did the petting zoo (would not recommend that as a hot spot but the kids enjoyed it and it helped the Rescue Center with our entrance fee). The Okey Girl sweet shop owner was SO accommodating allowing us to join tables and the kids to eat their bagged lunches and the adults to order and eat from the Noodle shop next door. The noodle shops delivered our orders to the sweet shop. The sweets and nice coffees at the sweet shop were amazing. The wine shop had great inventory and night 1 we ate amazing thin crust pizza from the Mountain ? Restaurant. The customer support is beyond responsive, respectful and so, very helpful. We pinged customer support several times before the trip for additional information and afterwards to return an item unintentionally packed that belonged to the owner. Each and every time they made us feel supported and did it in a kind way. This is the 10th year that we rented a house for our combined family Christmas. This was everyones favorite by far.

Did not go into Hochatown on this trip. Sweetwater Cabins is fantastic to work with, very responsive and cordial for any questions we had. Well maintained and excellent floorplan. Game room being separate from the main cabin was a huge success for me personally! Grandkids and kids could go play games and not disturb others in the cabin.

Hiking at Beavers Bend and going to all the local breweries. The booking process through their website was a breeze and they had amazing rates and special offers! The cabin was absolutely perfect! Everything was immaculate and super cozy! My partner and I had an amazing romantic getaway together here :)

There were so many things to do at the cabin, we never left! Spent the whole time there, making memories! Absolutely no problems at all. Very detailed in all the instructions prior to our arrival! The cabin was everything we could have dreamed it would be! Perfect size, location and very well maintained!!

Just relax. It was perfect for the family.

Wine tasting and shopping at the small, local shops was so much fun. Our cabin was beautiful! Everything was set up and ready to go. It was peaceful and couldn't have been better. Cabin was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and bedding in each room was so nice and comfy. Kitchen was beyond well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was perfect!

We love Beavers Bend National Park! From the website to the supplies and design of the cabin - everything was fantastic. Fantastic supplies , high ceiling and the most wonderful porch

Pizza at Grateful Head and hiking the trails closer to the lake (specifically Friends Loop Trail) Process to rent the cabin was seamless and the management company was very responsive to emails as well as sending emails on what to expect and how to operate. We loved use of the hot tub, fire pit, and relaxing on the back deck. It's deeper in the woods providing more of a secluded feel but with the ability to get back to main roads in just a few minutes. Would absolutely love to return to this cabin. Cabin is well cleaned and all amenities were functional. It had ample pots and pans for cooking as well as utensils to use.

We had fun hiking but mostly just enjoyed our time at the cabin! We had a great experience at the kickback cabin! Booking was super easy and any questions we had were answered right away! Everything was very clean and the cabin was super cozy! I would definitely go back! It was the perfect get away!

There were several different shops or restaurants to visit, if we wanted. Expectations were clearly stated, correspondence was good, and there were no problems whatsoever. We will definitely use Sweetwater Cabins again! It was such a nice break from the hustles and bustles of life. The cabin was beautiful! It had a contemporary design with beautiful scenery outside. It was as if the windows were art displaying the wooded surroundings. The cabin had everything that we needed.

We enjoyed eating at Grateful Head and visiting Beavers Bend State Park. We had a wonderful experience. Sweetwater Cabins had excellent communication about the cabin, rules, and what to expect during the stay. They provided very detailed directions to make the cabin easy to get to. The cabin is absolutely stunning. It is even better than the pictures. The open layout of the Kitchen, Living room, and outdoor space make it excellent for everyone to be able to be together and enjoy themselves. The outdoor space was beautiful and there were so many things to do outside for entertainment.

The kids enjoyed walking down to the Candy Den. Such an amazing experience! The cabin was stocked and gorgeous. It was decorated for Christmas and our kids loves walking into the cabin and seeing a Christmas tree. The cabin was clean and fully stocked. Everything was perfect. There were plenty of games for everyone to play and enjoy together.

Very easy to book without having to talk or communicate with anyone. Place was done incredibly well. They spared no expense.

The only outing that some of our family did was the maze. They enjoyed that. We truly enjoyed our stay. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into making sure we were comfortable. From the beautiful holiday decor to the amenities that were provided. The Cabin was very beautiful and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Some of the best sleep most of us workaholics have had in a while. lol

We just came to spend quality time together. We spent most of our time there at cabin visiting and playing games. We are a group of siblings-all 65+ . This cabin was great for being together as well as giving us our privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a pleasure to cook our Thanksgiving dinner together without worrying about having a sharp knife , etc. we really enjoyed the fire pit area and the corn hole. We would stay here again.

Location was close to everything. Rescue petting zoo was a great experience with grandbabies.

We enjoyed looking through the gift shops and dining at The Grateful Dead Pizza place. There was something to do for all ages, from putt putt golf to hiking trails to nearby fishing. Any shop offering local and artisan made items always gets out attention. Our experience with Sweetwater Cabins was sweet! The booking experience was very easy. The information was provided with all the necessary details. The online photos do not do this place justice. The Grand Oasis is definitely a luxury cabin with top quality provided throughout. Too many amenities to mention. Two wonderful gamerooms for families to enjoy. Plush throws found throughout and all beds and bedding were super comfy. To top everything off, a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and decorations were a nice surprise.

We didnt go into town other than pick up a few groceries. The week of Thanksgiving, the time we spent at cabin, was extremely congested, so to leave the privacy and quietness of the cabin was difficult. The cabin had everything we needed. Just had to make a few quick stops. The whole experience from reservation to the stay was absolutely seamless. Management was so welcoming and accommodating. The cabin itself was beautiful. Beautiful inside decor, with everything that could possibly be provided in a cabin. The cabin was supplied with everything possible. Kitchen had all one needed to accommodate our family needs, bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The open design allowed for the family to gather or separate, to their own spaces. The girls loved the fire pit and hot tub, especially given the evenings and night were cold. Grounds were spacious and private. Very relaxing.

Good family friendly activities like petting zoo. This was our first trip to the area and emails were helpful, so we knew what to expect. Great experience overall. Great location, cleanliness. Christmas tree was a nice touch
